3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to written confirmation from LIREN SILICONE. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply for wholesale transactions, and pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Prices exclude shipping, taxes, duties, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders cannot be canceled or modified without written approval from the company. Any changes requested after production has started may incur extra charges or result in delivery delays.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are T/T in advance or as mutually agreed. For custom or OEM/ODM projects, deposits may be required to initiate production. Late payments may result in order suspension, shipment delays, or additional fees. Buyers are responsible for ensuring timely payment according to the agreed schedule. Confirmed payment clears allow production and shipping to proceed promptly.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms are based on Incoterms® 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as agreed with the buyer. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, transportation delays, or force majeure events. Buyers must provide accurate shipping information to ensure timely and correct delivery.
6. Quality and Warranty
All products are manufactured according to applicable food-grade safety standards, including LFGB and FDA. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or damages caused during shipping. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with supporting documentation when requested.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, and website content are the property of LIREN SILICONE. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. For custom mold projects, intellectual property ownership will be defined in separate design and manufacturing agreements. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. This limitation applies to any claim arising from breach of contract, negligence, or other legal theories.

Any non-public information shared during inquiries, quotations, or collaborations—including designs, pricing, and samples—must be treated as confidential. Disclosure to third parties without prior written consent is prohibited.
